Dr. Wei has over 20 years of experience in designing and deploying advanced analytics solutions for the industries, starting from his PhD work in Boeing 787 design.
Since co-founding Vizuro, Dr. Wei has led numerous disruptive AI applications for various sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, life science, media and marketing.
Yu-Feng holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from MIT, a M.S. in industrial engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and B.S. in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University. He also served in ROC marine corps.

Dr. Wang has over 10 years of experience in neuroscience and bioinformatics. He has developed artificial intelligence methodologies for features detection in neuroimages and handled massive datasets of X-ray images to reconstruct the fly connectome during his Ph.D and Postdoctoral researcher.
​Ting-Yuan holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from National Tsing Hua University, a M.S in bioinformatics from National Chiao Tung University, and B.S. in life science in Fu Jen Catholic University.

Ling-Yu has over 8 years of experience in biostatistics, specializing in data analysis for genetic studies. She served as a biostatistical consultant for pediatric anesthesiology and critical care research, providing statistical plans, sample size calculation, power analysis, clinical trial design, and statistical modeling.
Her master's thesis focused on developing multiple testing methods for genetic data. Ling-Yu's research interests also include identifying patient subgroups and predicting disease outcomes using machine learning methods. She holds degrees from the University of Waterloo, Drexel University, and Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University.

Dr. Tsai is dedicated to medical engineering with a focus on cancer diagnostics and healthcare AI. In her early career as a clinician, she recognized how AI could address the pressing needs in healthcare, motivating her to pursue a PhD to explore its full potential, and continued her post-doctoral research in medical imaging and radiomics in Germany.
Dr. Tsai earned her PhD in Medical Engineering and BS in Oral Hygiene, both from China Medical University In Taiwan.

Jeff specializes in molecular dynamics simulations and structural analysis to investigate protein 3D structures, conformational dynamics, and aggregation mechanisms. With over 5 years of experience in computational biology, his published research explores amyloid aggregation, fibril surface interactions, and prion-like oligomerization. He bridges atomic-level insights with AI-driven drug discovery. He holds an M.S. in Bioinformatics and Structural Biology from National Tsing Hua University.

Peter Lin is a AI & Computer Vision Engineer with a strong background in deep learning and few-shot class-incremental learning (FSCIL).Experienced in PyTorch-based model development for image classification, object detection, and generative modeling.Hands-on with Detectron2, Hugging Face, diffusion models, and robotics/embedded systems integration.M.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Chung Cheng University.

Dr. Chien is an expert statistician and economist with over 20 years of experience in predictive modeling with a specialty in econometrics and causal inference.
After co-founding Vizuro, he has worked with hospitals, health insurance and pharmaceutical companies to build sophisticated models to support their strategic planning, tactic execution, and day-to-day operations.
Hung-Ken has a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford Business School, and a B.S. in mathematics from National Taiwan University.

Matthew has built a 15+ years of career in business and politics. He handled the finance and strategic partnership for the mayor of San Antonio before cofounding a startup in automobile part trading, then led the business development for another AI startup in industrial machine vision.

Matthew graduated from Stanford with a BA in Sociology with honors. He is currently pursuing his executive MBA at INSEAD.

With 10+ dynamic experience across various industries including electrics, communications, foundry, and machine industries, Ping-Wen brings a multifaceted perspective to every endeavor. His professional journey is underscored by a focus on cutting-edge technologies such as fieldbus systems, networking solutions, Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data analytics. Holding a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and the advanced studies in EMBA, Ping-Wen seamlessly integrates academic rigor with practical ingenuity. Beyond conventional boundaries, he possesses a unique skill for communing with the universe through Tarot and I-Ching.

Chia-Chi Chang has over 7 years of experience in stem cell biology and
bioinformatics. His research integrates multi-platform transcriptomic data,
including microarray, bulk RNA-seq, and single-cell RNA-seq, combined with
machine learning approaches to uncover regulatory mechanisms of
mesenchymal stem cells and cancer biology. He has built reproducible
pipelines for biomarker discovery, pathway enrichment, and cross-species
validation, contributing to publications on 3D multicellular tumor spheroids and
regenerative medicine. Chia-Chi holds a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from the
National Defense Medical Center.

Finn has over 8 years of experience in ML/Computer Vision, specializing in 3D biometric feature analysis with infrared and RGB images. Skilled in boosting model accuracy, speed, and efficiency on huge datasets, and experienced in leading teams to deliver visual intelligence projects across diverse domains. Hao-wei holds a M.S. in computer science from University of Colorado Boulder.

Jocelyn focuses on AI applications in smart healthcare, particularly in multimodal learning that integrates medical images, clinical text, and structured data. Her research explores the use of knowledge graphs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance interpretability and precision in medical predictions. She has practical experience building text classifiers for information retrieval, working on cloud-native system development, and applying data mining techniques to predictive modeling. She also has UX design experience from her previous role as a UX designer. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Management at National Taiwan University.

Esther has over 10 years of experience helping top 25 Pharma clients solve product quality problems in design, process development, and manufacturing across various technical areas.
She now applies data-driven problem solving techniques to facilitate decision making for clients in the life science and industrial manufacturing communities.
Esther holds an M.S. in Bio-Industrial Mechatronics Engineering from National Taiwan University and a B.S. in Biological Science & Technology from National Chiao Tung University. She is a certified quality engineer (CQE) and holds a WSET Level 3 Awards in Wines and Spirits.

Chu-Te has 4+ years of experience in web and software development. He collaborates with data scientists to develop a multimodal AI platform through the integration of cloud computing, data visualization, and automation. He is concurrently conducting Ph.D. research at SUNY-Buffalo, focusing on utilizing data science techniques to address material discovery challenges in the semiconductor and energy fields. He holds both an M.S. and a B.S. in Earth and Environmental Sciences from National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan.

Jack has 2+ years of experience in implementing AI on biomedical Images and molecular dynamics simulation for drug discovery, including LNP, self-assembling clusters, molecular docking, and single-cell image processing.
Jack received his M.S. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, and his B.S. in Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University.

Iris is a software product designer with over two years of experience, specializing in graphic and interface design. She excels at structuring information and transforming complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences, while balancing business goals with user needs to create efficient and aesthetically refined digital products.

Melody is a software engineer specializing in AI application development, with experience building end-to-end intelligent systems for real-world use. Her work includes designing RAG-based agents using LangChain and FastAPI, integrating multi-source data pipelines through MCP servers, and developing semantic search services powered by Milvus and re-ranking models.

Beyond model integration, Melody packages AI inference code into scalable Docker environments and fine-tunes vision-language models(VLMs) using custom datasets. She is also proficient in setting up Linux-based GPU environments for model training and deployment, including CUDA, drivers, and container tools. Melody holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from National Chung-Hsing University.

Caslow Chien holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Boston University, with expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and applied analytics. Her experience spans marketing mix modeling, recommendation systems, and deep learning research, including fine-tuning a 3D video generation model accepted for international conference presentation. Proficient in Python, SQL, PyTorch, and cloud data platforms, she develops end-to-end data solutions—from data ingestion and modeling to dashboard deployment—to support data-driven business decision-making.
